Shipping Policy

We will gladly exchange a product to resolve any size related issues if exchange is initiated and completed within 2 days of purchase.

A store credit can also be issued towards a future purchase if same product is not available in a different size.

All orders undergo a quality check before shipping and delivery.

To report a defective item, please provide a parcel opening video clearly showing the defect at the time of delivery. Defects must be

reported within 24 hours of delivery.  Issues are addressed case by case. 

If a defect is confirmed, a store credit for the order amount will be issued. We cannot guarantee availability of the same product.

The original product must be shipped back; our team will coordinate the exchange process with you.
